We are what we eat

                                WE ARE WHAT WE EAT


We should avoid the food that has too much salt, sugar or fats.

  The importance of Sport:

-Gives you energy for your daily activities.
-Increases the ability for physic and psycologic work.
-Helps you to lose weight.
-Improves joint function.
-Good for your heart and circulation.



Eating Disorders:
-Anorexia: an obsessive fear of gaining weight.
-Bulimia: characterized by recurrent binge eating followed by vomiting.
-Compulsive overeating: in which people tend to eat more than necessary resulting in more stress.
-Purging disorder: characterized by recurrent purging to control weight or shape in the absence of binge eating episodes.
-Diabulimia: characterized by the deliberate manipulation of insulin levels by diabetics in an effort to control their weight.
